"I’ve met Mihaela just and year ago [n.a.2005, when we needed to find a very special person to manage our implementations projects. In Greece, our main company, (Sieben Innovation Solutions – that produces POCKETBIZ Applications Suite) is one of the most important providers in the market of software for mobile devices. On the other hand we have a very strong partnership with a successful ERP producer – SoftOne, that asked us to take the responsibility of managing the implementation of first Soft1ERP projects here, in Romania. “Mihaela s-a inscris la master SIMPRE in anul 2005. Am avut ocazia sa o cunosc datorita activitatii ei de la cursuri si a implicarii acordate acestui master.

Cred ca Mihaela este o buna organizatoare, munceste foarte mult si-si prioritizeaza foarte bine activitatile pe care trebuie sa le realizeze. Faptul ca a ales sa faca un master desi are déjà o functie de conducere, ma determina sa cred ca pe langa o ascensiune in cariera, Mihaela doreste de asemenea sa fie foarte bine pregatita si acest lucru se vede mai ales la cursuri, unde a propus intotdeauna subiecte foarte interesante pentru toti studentii. In momentul prefigurarii unor activitati de grup, care au presupus crearea de echipe si activitati pe aceste echipe, Mihaela a organizat gruparea acestora si a tinut legatura cu colegii ei pentru concretizarea planurilor. Cred ca Mihaela contribuie foarte mult la ridicarea profesionala a intregii ei echipe la locul de munca.  Rabdarea cu care explica lucruri putin cunoscute colegilor ei vadesc un caracter generos. Ca professor ma simt mandru si implinit, deoarece existenta unui asemenea interes din partea studentilor nu poate decat sa ne bucure si sa ne confirme necesitatea actului educativ pe care ne straduim sa-l realizam.”
